Législatives : La liberté selon le Parti Pirate

Un parti au nom plutôt original a fait son entrée dans cette campagne des législatives en Auvergne : le parti Pirate. Le parti Pirate se présente comme un mouvement international, présent dans 40 pays et qui compte « deux députés (suédois) au parlement européen, quinze députés au parlement de Berlin, quatre députés au parlement de la Sarre, 194 conseillers municipaux en Allemagne, trois en République Tchèque, un en Suisse… » d’après Edouard Ducray, lui-même candidat dans 1ère circonscription de Haute-Loire…

Un parti visiblement accès sur les relations entre l’électeur et Internet, qui milite pour plus de liberté de partage (des fichiers?) et moins de surveillance (moins de fichiers ?)

Dans son site officiel, le parti pirate présente ses candidats et ses idées, regroupées autour de cinq thèmes …

1. Légalisation du partage (des œuvres sur Internet)

2. Lutte contre le fichage abusif : Supprimer le fichage généralisé des enfants (Base-Élèves). Faire intervenir un juge avant toute surveillance d’un citoyen à son insu. Préserver le secret de la correspondance sur Internet

3. Indépendance de la justice : Prévenir les conflits d’intérêt. Publier les frais des élus et autres représentants de la nation. Interdire le cumul de mandats à plein temps et le financement occulte des partis. Interdire les machines de vote électronique. Éviter les lois d’exception votées en urgence.

4. Transparence de la vie politique : et notamment interdire le vote par machines électroniques

5. Ouverture des données publiques : Utiliser des formats et standards ouverts, et publier sous licences Libres les données publiques ou d’utilité publique. Afficher le détail des marges de chacun des acteurs dans le prix final. Rendre aux citoyens la transparence, le contrôle sur leur environnement.

Divers candidats se présentent sous l’étiquette de ce parti dans différentes circonscriptions en Auvergne.

Noël Mamère (EELV) en meeting à Chamalières

Maintenant que la liste définitive des candidats est connue, la campagne des élections législatives entre dans une phase plus active. Et les premiers meetings s’annoncent, avec, notamment la venue de personnalités politiques nationales, pour soutenir certains candidats.

Ainsi, Noël Mamère, député Europe Ecologie Les Verts et maire de Bègles sera-t-il ce lundi 21 mai à Chamalières, pour participer à une réunion publique sur le thème « Solidarité inter-générationnelle, sociale et environnementale ». Il soutiendra pour l’occasion les deux candidats EELV dans la 2è circonscription du Puy-de-Dôme : Danielle Auroi et son suppléant (curieusement appelé « remplaçant » sur l’affiche, d’ailleurs…) Roger Gardes.

Laurent Wauquiez renonce à l’avance à son « salaire » d’ancien ministre

L’ancien ministre de l’Enseignement supérieur, et candidat UMP dans la 1ère circonscription de Haute-Loire Laurent Wauquiez, a annoncé qu’il renonçait aux six mois de salaire réservés aux ex-ministres.
« Je pense que dans cette période où l’on demande des efforts, c’est important
qu’on puisse montrer l’exemple (…) Autant quand on exerce la fonction, c’est
normal qu’on soit correctement rémunérés, mais une fois qu’on est plus en fonction
je trouve ça normal » de ne plus en bénéficier, a-t-il déclaré à l’AFP.
Rappel :
La loi prévoit que les ministres perçoivent leur traitement pendant six mois à
compter de la fin de leur fonction, sauf s’ils retrouvent une activité rémunérée.
Quoiqu’il arrive, si Laurent Wauquiez est réélu député, il n’aura de toute façon plus le droit de toucher ce traitement…

D’après le journal du net.com , en tant que maire d’une commune de 10 000 à 19 999 habitants, Laurent Wauquiez perçoit en principe l’indemnité suivante :2458.70 euros bruts par mois, soit 29 503 euros bruts par an (Le Puy-en-Velay : 19879 habitants)

VIDEO : les candidats aux législatives…tirés au sort

En application de l’article R28 du code électoral les emplacements réservés à l’affichage électoral des candidats pour les élections législatives sont attribués par voie de tirage au sort par l’autorité qui reçoit les candidatures. En cas de second tour, l’ordre retenu pour le premier tour est conservé entre les candidats restant en présence.

Pour les cinq circonscriptions du département du Puy-de-Dôme, ce tirage au sort a eu lieu le samedi 19 mai 2012 à 10h à la préfecture, hall d’accueil, 2 rue d’Assas à Clermont-Ferrand.

Certains se souviennent peut-être qu’il ya quelques années, ce genre de décision n’était pas liée à un tirage au sort. Les places sur les panneaux d’affichage étaient attribuées… dans l’ordre d’arrivée des candidats au moment de leur inscription en préfecture.
